1. Acceptation des Conditions

En accédant et en utilisant Snapdelivr ("le Service"), vous acceptez d'être lié par ces Conditions Générales d'Utilisation. Si vous n'acceptez pas ces conditions, veuillez ne pas utiliser le Service.

2. Description du Service

Snapdelivr est une plateforme SaaS destinée aux photographes professionnels permettant de :

  • Créer et gérer des galeries photos pour leurs clients
  • Partager des photos en temps réel
  • Gérer un portfolio professionnel en ligne
  • Créer des devis et gérer des paiements
  • Stocker et organiser leurs photos

3. Compte Utilisateur

3.1 Création de compte

Vous devez créer un compte pour utiliser le Service. Vous êtes responsable de maintenir la confidentialité de vos identifiants de connexion et de toutes les activités effectuées sous votre compte.

3.2 Éligibilité

Vous devez avoir au moins 18 ans pour utiliser le Service. En créant un compte, vous garantissez que vous avez l'âge légal requis.

4. Abonnements et Paiements

4.1 Plans d'abonnement

Le Service propose plusieurs plans d'abonnement :

  • Plan Gratuit : Fonctionnalités limitées, 2 GB de stockage
  • Plan Individual : 19,99 €/mois ou 199,99 €/an
  • Plan Agency : 49,99 €/mois ou 499,99 €/an

4.2 Renouvellement automatique

Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement à moins que vous n'annuliez avant la date de renouvellement. Vous pouvez annuler à tout moment depuis votre compte.

4.3 Remboursements

Nous offrons un remboursement de 30 jours sur les nouveaux abonnements. Pour les abonnements existants, aucun remboursement n'est offert pour la période en cours.

5. Propriété Intellectuelle

5.1 Votre contenu

Vous conservez tous les droits sur les photos et contenus que vous uploadez. En utilisant le Service, vous nous accordez une licence limitée pour héberger, stocker et afficher votre contenu dans le cadre de la fourniture du Service.

5.2 Notre service

Le Service, y compris son design, son code source, et sa marque, est protégé par les lois sur la propriété intellectuelle. Vous ne pouvez pas copier, modifier ou distribuer le Service sans notre autorisation écrite.

6. Utilisation Acceptable

Vous vous engagez à ne pas :

  • Violer les lois applicables
  • Uploader du contenu illégal, offensant ou inapproprié
  • Tenter d'accéder de manière non autorisée au Service
  • Utiliser le Service pour du spam ou des activités malveillantes
  • Partager votre compte avec d'autres personnes
  • Reverse-engineer ou copier le Service

7. Limitation de Responsabilité

Le Service est fourni "tel quel" sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages directs, indirects, accessoires ou consécutifs résultant de l'utilisation ou de l'impossibilité d'utiliser le Service.

Nous nous efforçons de maintenir le Service disponible 24/7, mais nous ne pouvons garantir une disponibilité ininterrompue.

8. Résiliation

Vous pouvez résilier votre compte à tout moment depuis les paramètres. Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre ou résilier votre compte en cas de violation de ces Conditions.

Après résiliation, vos données seront supprimées conformément à notre Politique de Confidentialité.

9. Modifications

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment. Nous vous informerons de tout changement important par e-mail ou via l'application. Votre utilisation continue du Service après modification constitue votre acceptation des nouvelles Conditions.

10. Droit Applicable

Ces Conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige sera soumis à la juridiction exclusive des tribunaux français.

By accessing and using Snapdelivr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Snapdelivr is a SaaS platform for professional photographers that allows them to:

  • Create and manage photo galleries for their clients
  • Share photos in real-time
  • Manage an online professional portfolio
  • Create quotes and manage payments
  • Store and organize their photos

3. User Account

3.1 Account creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Subscription plans

The Service offers several subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Limited features, 2 GB storage
  • Individual Plan: €19.99/month or €199.99/year
  • Agency Plan: €49.99/month or €499.99/year

4.2 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund on new subscriptions. For existing subscriptions, no refund is offered for the current period.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your content

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content as part of providing the Service.

5.2 Our service

The Service, including its design, source code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without our written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or malicious activities
  • Share your account with others
  • Reverse-engineer or copy the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms.

After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
